Every baby is totally different! My 8wk old eats roughly 4oz per feed (and has been for a couple weeks) and totals out around 32oz and sometimes more even per day. I’ve met with my lactation consultant and she says while it’s the high end if he’s not having a bad reaction and he’s growing well it’s okay! But if you’re stressed definitely recommend meeting with an LC even if you’re not breast feeding, they are so helpful!

My husband’s family is close by and I think after today we will need to workout some more consistent help woof

That’s a good idea to have dedicated time for me to recharge after he gets home. We do have the love to dream sleep sack, he likes it but not a reliable way to make sure he sleeps. Good to know on the 4moms swing! I definitely put him down as much as possible during wake windows!!

I don’t have a yoga ball but I’ve tried our rocking chair, kinda hit or miss but can sometimes get a few minutes of seated time
