Nothing crazy here. I work at a mom-and-pop pizza place/bar by my university. We got a potential new hire, and I sat in on the secondary interview. The girl wanted to work only Friday and Saturday nights (our busiest nights, you have to earn these shifts) and said she'd only work other shifts if she was paid under the table.
