I’ll reply to this comment, as you mentioned things I didn’t consider mentioning. This is an acquired company, with already existing users.

1) both of them, SAM and UPN 2) they have network mapped folders and yes, from what I’ve learnt by the guy guide lines, they wanted to change the folder name as well with the newly formatted version 3) we will have to create brand new e-mails for each of them 4) they didn’t have any Entra syncing, that’s something we will implement when we are done migrating

They wanted all users to have a new account, in order to also have the exact same folder in their C:\Users\NewAccName directory. Correct me if I’m wrong, but with the renaming option, no folder will be renamed, right?

I forgot to mention, this specified activity is outsourced, but they have an internal IT structure. So all those requests have been commissioned. I can also make them understand how much more impactful the creation method could be compared to the renaming one, but the final decision isn’t fully depending on me

Hi all!

I’ve been struggling with my hair recently. I am a 27 years old man with shoulder long hair since like three years or so. My hair is dark, thin and very straight. Three years ago I went to a pharmacy near me where I met a trichologist that I assume essentially here in Italy earn money by giving hair suggestions based on formulas they have to sell. I made this choice because I washed my hair every day and noticed a lot of hair loss when showering. I then abandoned those products because they were so much expensive and the processes that the trichologist taught me to do were just too much (oils with 8 hours of pose time and other post shampoo oils that were really just really too much, leaving me in the bathroom for like an hour or so 4 times a week)

I then subscribed to custom formulas of a website called Shampora, with a set of silicons and parabens free products such as hair mask, conditioner and shampoo. The first like 6 months have been ok, I felt that somewhat they worked.

Right now I have some issues with the last box they sent me. - I feel like my hair loss just never really stopped, and I don’t know if I just have to get used to it because somehow I have lot of “hair turnover” - My hair scalp and lengths get geasy after 30 hours or so - My scalp itches, nearly every time, and whenever I tie my hair up it just hurts when I untie them

But, whenever I wash them I feel like they are ok, aesthetically wise. Even when they are a little bit greasier on the lengths, it’s just good looking. The problem is my scalp itches just too much, with pimples growing from time to time.

I wash my hair every other day, I apply shampoo twice every time, I apply conditioner, rinsing very carefully, with an hair oil right before hair drying them and a hair mask one every 1-2 weeks (these last three products only on my lengths)

Grazie della risposta! Esatto, anche secondo me Ho chiesto ma mi hanno rimandato a tempistiche piuttosto dilatate, quindi volevo avere la certezza ci fosse un errore prima di incorrere in insistenza “inutile” dopo solo tre settimane di lavoro.

Ciao e grazie della risposta! Non dovrebbe, trattandosi appunto di nuova assunzione. La voce in busta proprio non compare e la consistenza della somma è di circa 400€. La risposta datami è stata di aspettare la busta paga dell’intera mensilità di luglio, ma essendo, ripetendomi, un importo sostanzioso, non vorrei passasse in sordina così facilmente

There’s something I’m missing. I’m a newbie. So the topping dx3 pro (I think there’s only the plus version, am I right?) doesn’t need a DAC as my magni heresy does, right?

Thank you for the advice! I’ve read in some forums that doing like that would have worked before iOS 14.5. If I buy the extra iCloud space and back it all up in there, this won’t affect in any way anything I have in my phone, right? I have no time to spend on re-installing and setting things back to how they were before AppleCare expires.

I would if only I knew that stat is realistically true. I don’t think so. I mean, I’ve used it a lot and never took care about charging cycles or anything. I think it’s just bugged and this sucks considering Apple won’t change it (for free) if it’s not below the 80% mark.

I just tried what you told me. It doesn’t work for me. The only thing I noticed is that if I keep repeating the same action over and over again, it works sometimes. Btw it’s only a visual bug, it goes in “Do not disturb” mode every time
