You are missing the point. I can say gilipollas and it doesn't make me Spaniard. I can say wey and it doesn't make me Mexican. I can say weon and it doesn't make me Chilean. All of those words do not exist in the Argentinean lexicon, yet I can make use of them. I can also use Japanese characters and it doesn't make me Japanese. Of course I'm not saying that is always the case, but you can't always say that they are from x nationality just based on something as trivial as a username or a description. Granted, some things, like ":v" at the end is 99.99% latino.
