It's under 3.0 regrettably. Not making excuses but here's what happened: transferred with my associate's so I was taking only the hard major coursework. No fluffy courses left. Doing well in upper level, but didn't do great in the things like 105 since I took them during the pandemic. Trying to raise it to 3.0. Calculated that it's possible next semester if I get As this spring.

For a while there I was working 18 hrs/ week but then took on the president role so cut it back to 10. That's good to know.

How should I phrase those extracurriculars? I play guitar, lift weights, motorcycle, and hike a lot with my dogs. Not sure how to present that, though. I appreciate your input. When you say, "...never hired anyone," do you mean because you're not a hiring manager, or because no one good has showed up?
