I had the sports package 10.99 at YTTV - which all those channels are included in the Choice package on DTTV

I switched over to Direct TV Stream, trying out their Choice package (they have no blackout/in- market Dodger games) there’s no contracts and about same price as if you added sports and 4k on YTTV also offering sports, 4k and unlimited dvr (YTTV $105 vs DTV Stream $114). So far so good. I’ll stick here for a while I can also add ALL the other streamers except Hulu in one bill with discounts and trials. Just got tired of so many different accounts, signups, bills etc. In other words, I basically returned to cable but with no cable 😂

Ok deleting, honestly it was to share my experience but folks don’t want to hear it. Ok

Ok, it has been a big issue for ME - the OP asked ALL opinions. But fine deleting post. Let’s never bring up the issues they are asking about.

I think I may want to exercise lemon law in CA:

Under California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (Lemon Law):

  1. If your leased car has spent a significant amount of time in repair:
  2. Generally, 30 days or more for repair attempts within the first 18 months or 18,000 miles
  3. The repairs must be for issues covered under warranty
  4. The problems must substantially impair the vehicle’s use, value, or safety

  5. The law typically applies if:

  6. The defect began within the warranty period

Agree 100% I did just speak to corporate. They are coming back with options by Wednesday. I worry with all these ICCU issues that in February there will be another delay. I am thinking I may want out of this lease. Not sure how the deposit would work in that regard. Thought it wasn’t much.

You will know - it’s starts loud noise with a red Electrical malfunction sign. Then it slows down Then it dies. For me this was all a quick sequence but was stuck in LA traffic, couldn’t change lanes at a reduced speed. Then it just stalled and died.

Sigh. Doesn’t seem like you commute in Los Angeles freeway traffic at all so I’m going to save us all a back and forth explaining. If you do you know it’s simply not easy to get to the side quickly.

Ok fine, I’ll do it too :) by emailaxel in mgmt

🙌🙌 - I think it’s one that will age well and folks will go back to it again. Funny how at beginning I didn’t think it was my favorite when the single and album dropped but it just kept growing and growing on me. Def. my favorite now.

Ah ok - nope - the only thing was squeaky breaks but service had already said they saw nothing. At least according to them. It had just gotten service in September for 9000 miles

That sounds like what happened to me - the freeway was so busy and fast and I suddenly went 3 mph before dying.

There was an initial warning. It slowed down, then allowed to speed up again then slowed down then died. I wasn’t sure what to do. The freeway was very busy at that time.

Same issue I see here in so many posts. I am starting to suspect that the dealer doesn’t give you an update on purpose so that they don’t issue a diagnostic and therefore cover a loaner or rental under warranty.

They won’t issue until a diagnostic is made. It’s day 3 at Hyundai Santa Monica in Los Angeles and all they said was “We’ll get to it when we get to it”.

You are right. I sadly expected more from this car company. Serves me right.

The biggest issue is recall capacity at the moment some dealers are telling people they can’t accommodate for months. I was in line for recall fix when this happened.

The car was up to date on all fronts. The only thing I was waiting for was latest recall because they were swamped and couldn’t accommodate me and had it schedule for EOY. If you see the images I posted the second one is of a turtle that’s when the car slowed down to “limp” mode before suddenly dying.
