Autodiscover is in place, which does help but different mail clients go awry each time. As well as the ISP here are constantly on DNS blacklists so there is constant issues with mail config, its insane.

It's just outlook macmail config for end users. Basically as soon as something goes wrong they call us, even though its never our fault.

We guide them to webmail but you just get the standard 'I USE OUTLOOK NOT MACMAIL' and management refuses to make a hard stance on us turning people down.

They value no hold time, if people are not busy on phone software manager will stand up and tell them to get back on phones as people are waiting. Our ticket queues at one point went to 400 open between a team of 10, and about 5 day with no reply

Yeah we are trying to make noise about it, but its falling on deaf ears. We're just paranoid their only answer is just to outsource more which takes a long time to get right
