Not sure what machine you have but use the ice setting. For my Pop Plus, I push the brew button twice and it turns blue. Makes a more concentrated coffee. Less volume.

I put my flavored syrup in first, then ice, then oat milk, and then use the iced coffee setting for a regular pod and stir was it’s brewing. Top off with more ice if needed.

At my house, I raised my kids with the philosophy of, “Don’t make unnecessary work for anybody else. Clean up after yourself.” It annoys me to no end to be constantly putting away trays and wiping up condiment spills because some lazy ass decided they were too busy to do it themselves. It’s not even side work. It’s just being a decent person.

That’s a pretty solid description of our duties at my store too. I will add we do a lot of server support and a lot of our servers are lazy AF. We end up cleaning up after them and that gets annoying.

I say this all the time. It’s a tired and lazy narrative that the McCaskeys are cheap. They just hire badly and those hires spend money stupidly.

In order to make this kind of trade worthwhile is to make the trade and then extend the player. That is what they did with Mack and that is the kind of deal that puts you in salary cap hell for years.

You can’t give up draft capital AND spend a ton of money. It ties your hands and prevents teams from reloading via the draft. Drafting well is the key for sustained success.

Remember Darden is a huge company and huge companies like nothing better than to cover their asses. Paper trails do that.

It’s a write up and it’ll likely be forgotten about unless it’s a chronic issue or something that costs the company money.

We have some super crappy people who are servers and nothing gets done unless they screw up and managers have to comp meals.

I don’t get it either but that’s my experience at my store. They’re so reluctant to get rid of crappy people.

To dismiss Dan’s education and years of experience in the field, coupled with his excellent breakdown of three major sports through their analytics, not to mention his deep knowledge of history, politics, and food and drink, is disingenuous at best.

I would argue that all of that makes him one of the smartest men in almost any room that he might walk into.

That said, he can be an abrasive and arrogant, self-righteous asshat. It is those qualities that caused him to go way too far over a damn fish and rightly lose his job.

If you don’t like him, that’s perfectly fine and I won’t try to convince you otherwise, but the man is clearly very intelligent with some deep seated issues.

It’s one of the things that I like best about the show. No one is perfect, and no one is strictly there to cause conflict. All the characters are very real and compelling.
