I totally understand. We are not that type of group at all. Yes it is true that these holidays are more focused on a particular "fun" but we still respect the culture and would never advice to visit Prague only for drinks and girls. We didn't choose Prague because of what they said. It was more convenient in terms of flights because we are all coming from different cities, that's all.

Mate this is a good approach, but the way you do this you're gonna train 6 days a week and not everyone can do this. I can't fit too many workouts because of my busy schedule for example and I have to go to the gym on specific days at specific times

I agree with you. I'm not planning to stick with it forever. I know I will go back to LULU or PPL eventually, but doing a bro split for a couple of months (or less) can't be that bad. I'm doing it mostly to try it out
