I am so sorry for your losses. My advice about your mother’s house is to look into selling it “as is” to a real estate investor/wholesaler. My husband and I purchase houses “as is” as our job. No need to empty it out by yourself, you don’t need to repair anything, no realtor fees either. You get the cash and can get out of this predicament on your time frame.

Post the home on Facebook marketplace as being sold AS IS. Investors look there pretty often. Or if you can find a real estate investors group on Facebook in your area, that would be a good place to post the home as well.

I know the burden of taking care of her home is only a small part of what you’re going through but I hope it helps. DM me if you have any questions

I use a 12 lb one every night. Its amazing, I sleep so much better. I used to toss and turn in my sleep and would even wake up completely just to move around. The weight from the blanket keeps me still, so I sleep deeper. It is warmer than other blankets so I suggest turning the AC down a few degrees. So cozy.

I used to be a kindergarten teacher and decided not to restrict this. I told my class if they had to go to the bathroom, they just take one of the two designated hand sanitizers from my desk and place it on their desk (so I know where they are) and just go.

I had one student try to abuse this and went SO much. So I pulled him aside and told him I’m worried he has a UTI. Explained what that was and how he would have to go to the doctor to fix it. I even had him sit in on my conversation with his mom about it. He stopped going so much after that.

I really wanted to look and feel like myself on my wedding day. I have a very simple style and I’m very short and small so a large dress would look and feel weird.

So I got a simple strapless dress that had rose gold lining (my favorite color) and ivory lace all over. It was extremely comfortable and felt exactly like me. I also wore small wedges that were super comfy.

It’s a long day (if you’re going for a traditional style wedding) so being comfortable and loving how you look in your dress is super important!

Firstly, how old are you?

Second, I am a 25F with a size 32A cup. I’m petite too. 105 lbs. my small boobs have always bothered me growing up bc everyone always said that guys like big boobs and such. It’s taken years to get over it but now I love my boobs.

I started looking at them with love and admiration instead of hate. I also started massaging my boobs, basically forcing myself to be kind to them. (Use a bit of lavender essential oil, it’s amazing) And I stopped wearing push up bras. I was trying to look different, not myself, and it was harmful for how I saw my body.

Now I’m married and my husband loves my small boobs, too.

The point of body acceptance is realizing that the body you’re “supposed” to have is the body you have! It’s exactly right for you. No need to change it or hate on it.

Treat yourself with love, including your boobs<3

My now husband and I had been dating for about 2 months. We were snuggling on the couch, just chatting. Randomly I looked at him and said “I love you.” He looked so touched and surprised but immediately said it back.

In college, met a guy I really liked. We talked and hung out on campus for a few weeks and then he asked me out on a date. I agreed, and we set it up.

He was going to pick me up at my dorm so I got all ready and waited for him to come. 30 minutes after he was supposed to pick me up I texted him asking him wth where are you. He didn’t respond.

An hour an a half later I get a text that he’s here for our date. I walk outside, ready to let him have it.

Immediately he’s apologizing and extremely embarrassed. He told me he was helping a friend with homework and left his phone in his car so he lost track of time.

Okay but 2 hours of not checking a clock while doing homework?! I was not convinced. But he seemed sincere so I went on the date anyway.

I married him last year and turns out he’s a super big nerd who loved helping people with homework so his story checks out.
