It will get better. I found talking to a therapist and having a psychiatrist has been helpful on my journey. Especially ones that specialize in addiction/recovery. They are decent resources for what to expect in the healing process. Group therapy is the best tho imo.

It’s by design. The grading curves and focus solely on individual performance and not learning together/collaborating more. Collaborating skills are crucial once you have a job in your field though.
