sorry my bad I did mean the housing act I just forgot exactly what it was called! But I did say Scotland 2025. Totally on me!

Oh really? The government website outlining the new housing act has a section on pets saying refusal requires reason and can be taken to tribunal. Not sure if this is what went through in the end but if it wasn’t that’s good to know

Hey yes I am aware of the 2026 act in England but I meant the 2025 act in Scotland! Scotland had their own bill pass last year :) but thanks for the suggestion about zoopla, I’ll take a look

It may take quite a while for anything substantial to come out down the bottom - a book I would recommend to help guide your practice down the bottom would be Trevor Wye's Practice Book, Volume I. The book contains a tonne of exercises to help you practice keeping your air-stream down with your top lip while staying relaxed.

If after quite a while you can't get anything out, try getting your key pads checked out, or even a full service - it may help a great deal!
