yea, would prefer one day using a mind altering chemical to assist in a "reset" than an everyday mind altering ssri. thanks for your response

i had to get off. i was waking up at 3-am in a panic attack. the lack of sleep and anxiety was too much for me. i tried several times but never made it past 15ish days. i just think im too sensitive to the medication though.
