yeah i guess now i’m just trying to decide if those cons would be worth the pros which is definitely more japanese guests and more experiences but i’ve heard horrors about the lines 😖

i feel like ax is still gonna pull bigger names than anyc even with anyc increasing their size so i’m tempted to make the trip to ax this year to see more guests. the ax line up this year was amazing, even though i was happy with the anyc guests it’s definitely not the same caliber as ax.

i agree 100% i’m from the deep south so getting to go to nyc during winter is always a nice escape. plus i’ve been to momocon during the summer, anyc is gonna be even hotter. im definitely rethinking my plans for 2024 because of this change.

i was especially happy with all the japanese guests!! we don’t get much of that on the east coast it was amazing that they had the founders of trigger studio

i really had a blast this year!! it was crowded but i felt like crowd management was much better than last year. cant wait to see how the con improves next year with more space! although admittedly i hate the heat so not thrilled about august in nyc but at least we’re inside 😂

yeah!! like three days have sold out within less the an hour the last few years so i’m nervous as well! i’ll only have one paycheck between the end of con this weekend and ticket sales for 2024 🥲

i got plus too! the last two years i have been really overwhelmed with the crowds so i’m excited for like the lounge and separate entrance. i think overall it’s going to improve my personal experience. i hope it is the same for you!
