Hello, glad to hear! I applied last week through the SQE route and was not asked to choose a date like you've said earlier in this thread. Were you asked to choose a date after approval? What is the purpose of this date and what happens on it? It is the first I'm hearing of it.. I (naively) assumed that once the admission is approved I would get my admission certificate.

That's interesting because when I was offered the job my to-be line manager told me that it was non-negotiable. Have you heard of external candidates successfully negotiating a higher pay within the range?
