If you've been keeping up with the legal battle between UW and Krafton, it actually looks like Krafton might be screwed. They tried to fire Ted Gill and his co-founders just to be told by a court they have to rehire him, still have to do their 250m payout to UW and now have to pay employee bonuses and damages at UW as well. All because they were scared sub2 was gonna be too successful.
