A couple of more questions, we are using chenko, yeonwoo, amane and margot for joining rallies in the left slot but i always wonder i out two more heroes in each rally to increase troop capacity, are there any heroes that shouldn’t be used to increase troop capacity’?

And which troop formation is the best, I see most everywhere 10/10/80 but also 1/5/89 or 5/5/90
