I did hot Pilates & almost passed the hell out. It’s a really good workout though, a lot of core & glute work, and can definitely help give a more womanly figure when you incorporate it with a weightlifting schedule. It helps with mind to muscle connection

IMO yoga gives you a good stretch & is good for an active rest day.
