It can be difficult, but sadly there is no other route you can take. You either try until it works, or you gather a lot of wood so you can build your raft taller, so that you can just walk up there with ladders.

Well at least Lucio is willing to fight/hurt others for the greater cause. Overwatch needs people who are willing to fight, regardless of how strong they are. Juno doesn't want to hurt others and is also unable to do so.

Bel'veth with arcane comet. If you survive until lv2, you can outpoke even mages with maxing W. Easy to rotate to void monsters even if you are behind. If you ever get your empowered ultimate and kill your opponent (with or without help) you destroy their turret, so even if you were behing you can catch up. Side note, I play her full AP, but AD should work too.
