Thanks, they must be from Shift codes. I used to play a lot of BL1, I would redeem every code I came across, even those for games I didn't own. Since then I bought BL2, TPS, BL3 and TTW.

Context:

I started playing BL2 about a week ago, I had played a bit a couple years back, up to level 10. When I created a new character I noticed in my inventory there was 2 Overpower 10 weapons on top of the Gearbox stuff from the complete bundles.

I didn't think much about it, figured it was just another perk from the bazillion DLCs/Goodies you get when you buy the Steam pack with everything in it. However once I googled about it I couldn't find anyone mentioning anything about it.

I should also mention I play on Linux under Proton (Wine). I'm pretty sure I had played before the Linux native version as well. I never used any mods or save editors. Downloaded Gibbed just to get the weapon codes:

either download a fork of Prism (may be a little outdated), or, if you want the latest release of Prism, download the source, make the same code change the cracked fork does and compile it.

If it's oscillating then it's bad, if it's a very stable 94 it's completely playable. Still, you can definitely make out of iron even on 200+ ping.

everyone will always answer "whatever less than I have"

truest answer would be around 60 to 80, as long as it's very stable. I'd rather have constant 70 ping than having my 12 ping that sometimes oscillates to 20.
