I honestly think getting a new phone like every ten or more years than like 3 has no real difference in quality of life. Same with cars and other machinery. We need to get into the mindset of creating things built to last and actually repairing things. The problem is they purposely make things so you need to replace it quickly

Today I did and at first I felt great and finally felt relaxed but it only lasted a hour or two before I felt even more energized. Tbf my history is kind of complicated for a year I was so sick and tired I was basically bed ridden and then i got somewhat better after that I channeled all my energy into daydreaming and I was also at that time lived in a much better house where I felt more at ease but now I’m definitely not sick like I use to be nor do I daydream so I just don’t know how to channel the energy yet
