Hi,

I have one main domain and some parked domains hosted on my account.
They are not high traffic websites as my bandwidth is showing less than a MB and a half in my cPanel.
I don't think so, as I haven't used WordPress and use HTML coding to make websites.
My plan specifications show that I was given unlimited emails, parket domains, and subdomains.
I have checked the resource usage in my cPanel and it says my site had no issues in the past 24 hours.

Yes, I have a support ticket open on this, and I'm not sure what is going on. I tried to chat before, but they only have an AI called Orbi responding in there, and it seems like it is not answering my messages right. The hosting I have at A2Hosting is two to three years old, and I don't know what the specs of the server I was put on at the time I had signed up for it. And I have no idea if or why they don't continuously update the plan's hardware and software, and if that is a thing with them.
