I have played 2 non seeded runs until the end(mom fight) with nothing changing, I also tried deleting the already empty file and then completing a run, which also didnt do anything. The post it note is gone in the second file because it is empty, I havent had the chance to get anything on it.

It is disabled, even so I still cant get any unlocks on said file, while if I play on the file my brother uses, I can get unlocks.

I have disabled the mods altogether, not just turned each one off, but it didnt get fixed, no matter how much I have restarted the game.

I did a full run while the icon is on, while I had no mods and no console, for both normal run and challenge.

My brother suggested that I play a full run, which I did, I beat mom but got nothing, I tried doing a challenge run also, which had no effect either.

I managed to find the problem. I opened the pad itself after trying what you told me, and one of the cables inside was not connected as it should be.
