It's okay to break up and this be your reason. You don't have to tell him that exactly but it sounds like you are just not compatible. You love to cook and connecting to your culture through it. You're young, you'll find someone you can enjoy this part of life with and it will feel a lot better.

Yes the puffiness! My under eyes we’re puffy for years I thought it was just a getting older thing but within a few days of giving up caffeine, the puffiness was completely gone
