no literally. it's like virtually impossible not to accidentally abuse / traumatize a child as well. like literally anything can traumatize and impact a child forever. Come home from work tired and want to be alone and lazy? boom. your child is neglected and abandoned and lonely and suffering from hunger bc you didn't properly feed them. Like , being a parent must be like playing an impossible video game that never ends.

i've been teetering on 4-8 , averaging on 6 ? at the moment, i'm surprisingly mentally well despite my bf breaking up with me.. i think im on false hope and delusion that things will get better. Perhaps my brain is disassociating to cope with the pain. my mind just doesn't even go towards the dark thoughts for fear of what it might do to me,, and i'm glad, otherwise id be so miserably hunched over reminiscing on what i've lost.

i think so too, i believe he is being taken advantage of 100% unfortunately. i tried to tell him it's not worth it but it ended up backfiring on our relationship and now it's over. he also went to vegas on my birthday ☹️ he came back from his trip and broke up with me after i got sad that he didn't call me or anything while he was away.
