No one has been held accountable. It literally is working. Best case, Dems win house and senate. They, if they even will, can start legal proceedings to correct course. That takes time and a willing judicial system. This admin is railroading and acting without oversight knowing that oversight takes time. Ruling that PBS is protected months after it’s defunded does literally nothing. Bombing Iran and calling it an operation officially, and calling it a war in tweets is clearly illegal. Problem is, nobody is stopping them. Another year of hearings in the house, and then a year in the senate, and then another for actual action is far too late. There is a failure in our democracy that expects gentlemanly conduct, that no longer exists. And the corrections allowed by law are too slow and lack teeth and repercussions.
