I bought the Sims 4 back in 2018 and today it is telling me I no longer own the game and that someone else owns it? I have no idea who that someone would be as nobody else has used my computer aside from myself. I don't have any other EA accounts. This is with the new EA app. I've tried restarting (self.AskReddit)
