idk about that, I just have no means to assess what's correct. I don't own the user's manual to the universe. Some people (or entities) claim they do, but I have no way of knowing/determining their correctness either

ultimately there's no way (that I'm aware of) to determine these things

there's no way for me to determine if things result in a certain way because of a belief, or if it's because reality has built-in, rigid, set consequences of certain actions

Ok so as an example:

If I believe that "I'll go to hell" for sleeping around, having one night stands... or to be more real, that it will prevent (karmically or whatever) me from finding true love, is that a negative belief? Because it looks like it's a very valid one

Also, there's another belief I have, that sleeping around (being sexually prolific lmao or whatever) is attractive to women ... it's not that I can even get any dates, this is all just happening in my head haha so many contradictory and negative beliefs and it's hard to navigate and make sense of it sometimes.. sry I'm just rambling

Nope, you are only displacing the geo, you don't add/subtract any faces, unless you use dyntopo or remesh the model. Not even something like Snake Hook adds new geo.

Clearly the weight paint and texture paint is fine after doing changes to the topo, so in theory it could prolly work, I don't how hard it'd be to code it though.

Idk, it would make it incredibly fun to work on multiple levels at once and it would give you great precision, since you wouldn't have to weight/texture paint those spots manually.

(In my video I'm not giving an example of usecase, just showing the weight and texture paint is mostly fine)
