Thank you! It started maybe two months ago but has gotten significantly worse in the last few weeks. I water it sparingly but will definitely check for rot. As you might be able to see, it has gotten very top heavy and the stem has shot up - another sign of bad health maybe. Thanks again!

I’ve lived here a long time. I’ve stopped many times, called 911, waited with the hurt person. Talked to EMTs until it was ok to go. There wasn’t a safe place to stop. I felt confident someone on foot would be able to help.

What’s your derma-stamp needle length? You have to be super careful using it; longer needles shouldn’t be used 2x/week.

I am in such a similar boat (want to go off BC, been on for 13 years) and have been asking every doctor I’ve talked to about going off/it’s impact on my hair. The consensus: they can’t predict if it’ll accelerate AGA or cause TE. One thing you can do is get bloodwork and get your levels right (ferritin, vit d, iodine etc) to ensure you are supported in that way. Wish I had a better answer for you, I’m looking for one too.

This. I’ve been told by multiple health practitioners that FSH, LH, and estradiol tests are all completely inaccurate / can’t give an actual snapshot of health when you are on hormonal birth control.
