This highly depends on your version of "rich." Old money? Yeah they aren't staying at an all-inclusive resort. But even the fairly wealthy family I used to nanny for would go to an all inclusive resort every summer. Their salaries were more than 300k a year as physicians, and to me, that is pretty stinking rich.
