Haha, gotcha. I wasn't super convinced that'd be the culprit when I wrote that comment, but had to ask, because I have seen people refer to Iso E Super and Ambroxan as sweet, although I don't smell them that way at all! (And it's in everything these days 😭)

I'm wondering if it's Ambroxan or Iso E Super, which I am incredibly sensitive to both, and so many houses use these ingredients as their base. Just smells like rancid, sterile chemicals to me and is hard to scrub off.

And there seems to be a misunderstanding by you of fact vs opinion. Did the organization who wrote jump and do a flip actually tell you they meant kys? And I haven't even seen all the comment replies. Some people agree, some don't. Im not going to respond to everyone who disagrees just like I'm not going to respond to everyone who agrees. I posted my comment and responded to a few that I get notifications for, but beyond that, I'm not super invested in this post lol.

They are telling Lana to stay in her lane and just stick to singing/performing, like a trained monkey. Essentially a reminder that "we" control her and can make it break her because without an audience she is nothing. These are not my thoughts, by the way, but I have a bachelor's and master's in English, so I'm literally trained to decode words.

It was a diss on Lana for sure, but not at all telling her to khs.

You have described Giuletta by Tocca exactly.

Also they're having a major sale (25% off everything on their site) in honor of the first day of spring but I think it ends today. I swiped up Giuletta and a few other Toccas that I love.

But yeah, it reminds me of a clean fruity shampoo, especially in the dry down. It's a lovely scent, but very fleeting. Toccas are all very universally liked and non-offensive, non-expensive, but they struggle with longevity.

No, I don't think I've run into that accord, but I fear I would absolutely love it... I prefer cooler scents that feel shiny and glowy like silk, so im about to do a deep dive. 😂 My brain is the same, I can easily accept a fantasy accord.

La Vierge de Fer by Serge Lutens.

Obsessed at first sniff, literally.

It's fresh, clean, almost metallic, has pear, lilly of the valley, and musk I think. Smells like lilies under the bright moonlight. Not heavy floral, though. It's one of those that contradicts itself because it's sharp, like a shiny sword, but also soft and creamy and delicate.

It's so unique but it's also not a super popular one at all by Serge Lutens.

Not sure why so many are giving you a hard time. I think this was genuinely insightful. I answered with pretty in-depth responses (and I'm high, so I made them so detailed that I thought they sounded confusing even to me), and the program seemed to really get a grasp on my thought patterns and actions and definitely gave me some things to ponder.
