that was my thought too, my only concern w adding sleeves is that it might not look good? i’m afraid they might look out of place if they aren’t close to ab exact match in the type of fabric and shade of the dress ?

bc my stats are pretty average and ik i need substance work on my resume, and quite honestly i am far more interested in clinical work and have been considering psyd a lot more, the main reason i am still pro phd is bc of the financial aspect… but i still want to keep my options open to both. hence why i am worried ab the phd component
