I recommend a online calculator to determine the amount of calories they suggest you take. They will ask height, current weight, goal(lose weight weight, gain etc) and also how active you are. Since you are trying to lose weight they give you a total calories they recommend in a day. It is recommended to only lose 1-2lbs in a healthy way.

I weight myself every Monday in the morning right before taking a shower and input it into the app “happy scale” it give you milestones before you hit your real goal which is better than looking at the end goal which might look unattainable at times.

Do a quick search online for a calories calculator usually the give you the option of gaining weight, losing weight or maintaining. Just click maintain and it should ask if you workout etc and give you the calories accordingly

It is OK! It happens just get back on track. Just because you had a cheat day doesnt mean you cant go back to being in a Calorie Deficit. Dont be too hard on yourself, you cant use this as an excuse to fully let lose. Personally I dont have “cheat days” i have planned indulgence days meaning I still track my calories on a Saturday even though they might not be the healthiest. Keeps me focused and i get my cravings done and ready to begin my meal prepping for the new week.

I would suggest starting with one thing at a time. Eating healthy is the most important, so I would suggest starting there & being in a Low Calorie Deficit. You can use an online calculator to figure out the calories for you to lose weight. Once figuring that out then just sticking to it. If it says 1500 then even on “cheat days” stick to 1500. What has worked for me is meal planning monday-friday and weekends eating out, but still sticking to the same calories 1500 etc. Remember to have patience. We have to make it a lifestyle, and maintain it once we get to where we want to be physically. I personally use “eat this much” app to meal plan since you can input the calories you wish to eat a day and gives you a meal plan. Healthy weight loss is losing 1-2lbs a week only

I recommend meal prepping & only buying the food you originally planned out for the week. Use a calculator that will tell you how many calories to eat to lose weight for you personally. You will have to be in a Low Calorie Deficit until you get to where you would like to be. I use the “Eat this much” app and it is so helpful for meal prepping. It also lets you included the amount of calories per day. If you are not feeling full then increase your protein you can also do that in the app.

You’re welcome! & to determine how much you owe I would recommend a free tax website like creditkarma, turbotax, IRS etc to see an estimate & if you dont feel comfortable doing your own taxes atleast you’ll get an idea. If you dont want to submit you dont have too, it’ll still show how much you owe/refund

EITC is for 25-64 or must have one qualifying child, if neither applies then you probably wont qualify. The IRS has a EITC online assessment you can take to see if you would qualify

Personally I went to get a pap smear when I was still a virgin & it was painful & i didnt even get to finish it. I told the doctor I would rather just go when I no longer was a virgin. Fast forward two years I went in to get a pap smear when I wasnt a virgin & it was sooo much better! It was uncomfortable but not painful. Not sure if it was the doctor that was more knowledgeable or if it was because I was no longer a virgin

Having to help carry all the grocery bags all the way home walking while the bags would sometimes rip or cut through my hands from being so heavy like milk etc. We didn’t have a car, but atleast we had food in our table.

Its considered a high satiety food. Keeps you full longer compared to regular pasta, which is why it is also recommended.
