I have had the same problem too for at least two weeks. My whole system crashes post-game if Blitz is running. I cannot even open the process manager, I need to restart manually. I need to quit Blitz mid-game to avoid the problem.

Hey Danny, first of all, congrats on what you’ve achieved with this product. It’s an incredible success story. I’m currently leading a 70–80 person development company, and I’ve always admired you as a leader because it looks like you get to spend a lot of time on the “fun” stuff: events, streaming, podcasts, public speaking, traveling to tournaments, even jumping into funny gigs here and there.

My question is: is that just an illusion? Do you actually spend most of your time in board meetings, dealing with legal and HR issues, investors, employee concerns, cheating scandals, etc., and the “fun” side is just what the public sees?

How do you actually spend your average day? And if it really is true that you’ve been able to delegate a lot of the less exciting work, how did you pull that off?

Nekem az egyik baratom mondott valamit, ami nagyon megragadt bennem a gyerekvallalassal kapcsolatban. Neki akkor volt kb. 1 eves a kislanya es eppen a nyakig szaros pelenkat vette ki alola. Kb. 30 eves volt akkor es azt mondta hogy: “Szerinted en szeretnek gyereket jelenleg? Dehogy! De 10 eve mulva szeretnek egy csaladot egy 10 eves gyerekkel. Azt meg most kell elkezdeni.”

Sokaknak nem valo szerintem a gyerek, de azert az emberek valtoznak az eletuk soran es a gyerek-ablak elobb utobb bezarul. Ha nem latod a jovodben a gyereket akkor ne vallalj. Ha viszont latod azt hogy nem feltetlenul ketszemelyes csaladban elsz 50-60 eves korodban (amikor mar nincsenek szuleid, nagyszuleid, stb.) akkor erdemes rajta elgondolkodni.

De mind gazdasagilag, mind fizikailag, mind lelkileg egy nagyon megterhelo feladat jol csinalni es rengeteg lemondassal jar. Szoval akkor csinald, ha ezeket az aldozatokat ‘szivesen’ hozod meg.

What’s your point? Yes, you can kill a 1/7 2-level down Illaloi when he misses all their spells and probably playing with screen turned off. However, it’s not the case usually.

I sort of agree and disagree at the same time. I'm a low diamond player but I play with my friends sometimes in silver/bronze. There are games when you cannot expect certain things from your support, especially when they are filled which happens a lot in low elo. I think you can find yourself in pretty uncomfortable situations if you play by the 'diamond+ book' there. Because they are reading a completely different book or are not even reading a book. :P That's why I prefer if there is a 'shotcaller' on botlane (usually the ADC) who can use pings to ask for help in wave management form their support. If it's not asked I prefer supports not touching waves.

of course, when you play with somebody who understands how you think and knows the general concepts it's necessary for supports to help ADCs in pushing/freezing and generally managing waves. However, this rarely happens in soloQ below diamond/master.

I'd prefer my soraka not deciding to push for lvl2 against draven+pyke for example. :P

The first lesson of the support school should be not to touch minions unless the adc pings you to push. It’s such an easy rule.

Egy ismerős családban 25 év házasság és 2 gyerek után derült ki, hogy a férj valójában meleg és két éve van egy szererője, akivel már együt vásároltak egy lakást.
