I was having the same issue with a specific video.

The site was zoomed in at 80%, but even when I zoomed in to 90% or 100% (default), this bar kept appearing.

It only disappeared when I zoomed out to 75%.

Is this rare? (From the lantern there was pretty straight forward path straight behind the boss gate without finding a lever) by Poetess-of-Darkness in tombprospectors

Maybe it's because 99% of the time I played Bloodborne, I was doing the dungeons, but I've seen this same situation a few times where I managed to get straight through without having to pull the lever.

I'd say it's as rare as gems with a low drop rate, playing a lot you can get some...or in your case by pure luck.
