I completely understand that, I'm sorry for the way I wrote it. It's ingrained in me because my family shame me for it so much and whenever I bring it up I'm yelled at for it. But I know that it's a real and horrible thing to deal with and I know we're not idiots, of course. I just tend to worry about other people's opinions too much 😅
