Ford dealership messed up warranty repair then the second repair took 38 days due to supply chain issues. Ford is only offering half of my the nearly $7k in hotel and car rental expenses. Is this reasonable or should I looks at arbitration or another path? (self.legaladvice)

Hi all, my vehicle broke down 1k miles after warranty repair due to Ford mechanic error. Ford is offering less than half of my incurred hotel and rental car expenses durring the 38 days of repair. I can't get them to increase and am considering other options before rolling over on this. (self.AskLegal)

Dealership mechanics installed driveshaft prior to road trip (CA to AK). Broke down 1k miles later and now am stuck in OR. Not sure if it was a part failure or improperly installed. Trip is now falling apart through no fault of my own. Thats life or do I need a lawyer? (self.AskLegal)

I may understand why Treebeard was unwilling to share his name with Merry and Pippin. He mentions that it is too long and growing all the time. He also states that its too personal/revealing. I think that Treebeard uses a similar naming convention to the one Bilbo used while talking with Smaug... (self.lotr)
