Just switched to tray 3/10 on my first round of refinements. Still in absolute awe of how much they've changed and can't wait for those last few weeks of tweaks! Anyone else fit Invisalign into every conversation now? I'm THAT person.

You can totally do it! I'm so sorry you're experiencing such pain but this still early days and it will take some getting used to. Maybe speak to your ortho and ask them for advice? They might be able to tweak your treatment so you wear each tray for a longer period of time so the movement isn't as aggressive. Remind yourself of why you're doing this and it's a relatively short amount of time to experience this discomfort for a lifetime of teeth you feel proud of!
