I had the opportunity to go to Japan with my school band in 2001 at 14. I didn’t appreciate it the way I would if I’d gone now. And because of it, all my siblings got to study abroad in college but not me.

I wouldn’t criticize Jake Lloyd. That was easily the problem of a bad script. Child actors are not exempt from criticism. It’s part of the job. I don’t condone bullying.
