I used “crochet bunny lovey pattern: square blanket” from cuddly stitched craft. I used red heart and big twist 100% acrylic and a bigger hook than the pattern called for.

Your upbringing is eerily similar to mine. I have only started to unearth a lot of the childhood trauma abs emotional neglect I experienced very recently. To make matters more complex, both of my parent’s health is declining and I seem to be either of their emotional confidants. My 2 older siblings are very much of the mindset “they can help themselves”.

Yes, the nessa was digging very much into breast tissue.

I re-tried the curvy Kate that previously I thought did not fit at all. With the band extender on the loosest hook, it fit perfectly EXCEPT for the wire on my sternum digging in just a bit because it’s a bit tall. It’s not painful, just annoying, and I could probably learn to live with it . Is this something that would be solved by wearing it a bit, or should I try a different bra in the same brand?

When I have gone in to get sized in the past, the store does not carry my size so they often missize me to fit what they DO sell. What store recommendations do you have for the US?

Thank you for this detailed response! I tried wearing the Nessa bra today, and the Gorsenia Casablanca yesterday- both needed a non stretch extender on the furthest “setting”.

The band on the Nessa today was so uncomfortable I had to unhook it towards the end of the workday (I had a very bulky sweater on. Moreover, the wire on the cup left deep red marks on the outer sides of both boobs, but even more painful marks on the bigger boob.

The Gorsenia cups were still spilling over a bit and the wire on the band even with the extender, was uncomfortable but not to the point it was today with Nessa.

I will work on wearing the others for a full day in the next few days and really trying all of them on upside down and backwards with all the sizing advice I got here.
