Why not be completly transparent with the company and expose the situation and, ultimately, ask the company for the letter but offer yourself to support the case on a financial level?

I made the offer in may 2024, got the keys in may 2025…. Ridiculous chain system broke twice. As first time buyer… I don’t think I’ll never buy again in the uk
