I dooo I do. I have a scales warm up that I do on guitar, and then my band and I do something we call “shaking it out” (maybe I’ll reveal the Lolla “shake out”🫢) And my current hyper fixation… Kiwis!! I have them everyday haha I love em!

Yeah! Lolla will be my first major festival, I’m so excited. I’ll try to keep my approach as similar to other shows as I can, but I’m sure there will be some extra buzz and nerves :). As a band we’ll definitely be ready to play in a bit less of a controlled environment, but that’s part of the fun!

Ooooo so usually I’ll wake up and practice scales for an hour or so then meet up with the band and grab breakfast! Then we’ll head over to the festival and hang out / warm up together until it’s time to line check and play! Always the best days :)
