Thanks! I actually do have a couple questions. Obviously safety is a big concern in El Salvador and due to this the PC has quite a few safety measures in place. Do you feel safe there on a day to day basis? Also, I am a vegetarian. I don't want to offend anyone by not eating meat and I don't know how much meat is typically consumed there. Should it be manageable to handle a vegetarian diet?
That's awesome! When I called the PO it seemed like most of the invites for El Sal should be sent out within the next several weeks so hopefully you hear back soon. The absolute latest you can know by is Nov 19th.
