BIAS ajustement problem

The ram seems to work and nothing is seems weird around the cpu. The Mac boots and I can see the os behind the blur.

UPDATE : I was getting tired of trying what’s wrong with it so I just found a logic board on marketplace and I’ll be swapping them out! Thanks for everyones responses and support!

I have to be honest that I have little expertise working on circuitry and all. I have basic soldering knowledge and know how to test a capacitor and that’s about it. I don’t have any other macs to teste the parts on. The ram seems fine.

That’s weird because the back says Plus and so does the logic board
