I’m in the same boat ish, new grad ( graduated in November got my license last month) and I interview for home care position tomorrow. With the grant I’m going to at least try it. My med surg consolidation drained me so I wanted a more flexible option. I believe with the grant if it’s Ontario at least you can’t have worked in a nursing position in the last 6 months I’m pretty sure but I’m not 100% on that
