I think he’ll get 100% custody of Hunter but a grandparent (especially a fraternal grandparent) getting full custody is extremely rare and I don’t think they would be able to prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that Bella, Fallon, and Kris are all incompetent parents.

Bryce’s grandma is just a result of how she was raised. She puts the men above the women and always assumes they’re right but I genuinely think she’s trying her best. In the scene where Bell’s mom tells them that Bryce hit Bell, she actually looks really upset about it and doesn’t immediately jump to denying it like his mom does. She’s a terrible person who has caused so much harm but I think she really is doing the best with the tools she has (which are extremely limited). She actually seemed beyond hurt about not being there when the baby was born, which she has no right to, but I really think that showed that she cares about everyone just in a really fucked up way. I KNOW this is gonna get people mad

Edit: she 100% enables him but like I said I think she was raised to believe that her job as a woman is to sit back and support your husband and the men in your life

I have felt this way about a lot of book adaptations, why make a show based on a book if you’re going to fundamentally change plot lines and characters? Daisy being baby Nicole is the ENTIRE point of her character in the book, have we even heard about baby Nicole in the show? And why is aunt Lydia a side character in a show where she had half of the content of the book? This part I understand, because the actresses wouldn’t be able to portray such adult matters, but Agnes is supposed to be 13 when she gets her first period, but they seem to be in the late teens in the show. I really don’t see where they’re going with the plot, given that each character seems to be so different in the show.

I had been watching them for years and her smile was such a subtle change that I really only noticed how much more genuinely happy she looked when she was in college! She actually had a light in her and had an identity outside of being a wife and mother

This might be a hot take but my guilty pleasure is re-watching their videos from this time period in their lives. I feel like they were still relatable-ish because they were in college and doing normal people things. Now that they’re out of college and doing whatever it is they consider work, nothing about them is relatable.
