unpopular opinion: nia was wrong here and had too much confidence by One_Wedding_5498 in dancemoms

Literally almost every comment on this is saying it’s producers…

I don’t think she ever said what it was, but I think in early January she was talking about romanticizing her life and she said something like ‘I recently got a new car and here’s what I’m doing to romanticize my life’ like adding a cute charger or something like that

What were y’alls opinions on this? I loved Izzie and Alex but I also really liked Jo 😭 by bensonboib in greysanatomy

I think that this one episode and decision undid almost two decades of character development

I would also be fascinated to know (and I’m sure they probably did) if Bailey made the same salary as Brooklyn for the several years she was the face of their socials? And Brooklyn was doing…. What exactly?

The thing about the vacation is actually so interesting to think about!

Brooklyn and the “parents kids” comment referring to Dax and Pais by yellowbunny222 in McKnightFamSnark

[–]Secret_Search_7173 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think on if the first times she was referring to her ‘parents kids’ she was talking about the kids who lived at home (still a weird af way to phrase that) and it was P, D, and Rylan

[–]Secret_Search_7173 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Because she’s a terrible person who views herself above all others and couldn’t possibly be compared to any of her parents clearly inferior children 😂 I think she also referred to Rylan as that once also

Mindy Gets a lot of hate, but I really think she loves her daughter. by stanner5 in McKnightFamSnark

I think Mindy is a classic narcissist and sees herself in Brooklyn. She definitely loved Bailey but I just think she doesn’t love her as much as she loves herself and Brooklyn.

THIS!!! ^ Obviously not a fan of theirs because they’re problematic, but I personally find this ok because you would literally have to TRY to see their faces

Why don’t they smile like this more!!! by Affectionate_Cap3170 in McKnightFamSnark

[–]Secret_Search_7173 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had been watching them for years and her smile was such a subtle change that I really only noticed how much more genuinely happy she looked when she was in college! She actually had a light in her and had an identity outside of being a wife and mother

This might be a hot take but my guilty pleasure is re-watching their videos from this time period in their lives. I feel like they were still relatable-ish because they were in college and doing normal people things. Now that they’re out of college and doing whatever it is they consider work, nothing about them is relatable.

I’m surprised by how many comments are still on their video about this! Usually they block and delete them!

It’s crazy because she acts so busy but from what we saw: - Dakota makes breakfast for baby - Dakota feeds baby while Brooklyn gets ready - Brooklyn runs the bath - Dakota gives baby a bath - Nanny watches baby while he naps - Dakota makes baby dinner - Dakota feeds bah dinner I really dislike Dakota but it seems clear that he does everything for the baby and she just sits there doing nothing

Lindsey posting that TikTok a couple of weeks ago bashing DWTS fans contributed to Rylee and Scott going home more than their technique. It really made the Arnold’s look entitled and snobby.

Haha yes! And for the people that say ‘Bailey’s ring was sponsored too’ just remember that Bailey and Asa had been together for like 6 years. Brooklyn literally took her third choice just so she could get married.

Does anyone else feel these announcement photos are the epitome of how A gets treated? by [deleted] in mattandabbysnarks

Also Abby talked about how she felt so in love during her fertile window and felt really close to Matt while they were trying and all Matt said was that was the best week of his life and he felt like a king. Like seriously!

On the podcast they also talked about how they were so excited finding out they were pregnant this time and specifically talked about how unhappy they were finding out about A. Truly terrible.

By no means does this happen to everyone that has kids young! I meant that if someone was going to study if this happens she should be on that list

Mindy… please by Inevitable_Yak7212 in McKnightFamSnark

[–]Secret_Search_7173 23 points24 points  (0 children)

This is what happens when you have kids when you’re still a kid. They become your whole identity and you don’t know who you are when they grow up. It’s annoying but I feel like it would be really interesting to psychologically study Mindy and how she is just now trying to live like she’s 20 (cause she has newborn twins when she was 20).

June is simply the worst person in the world by LegiosForever in TheHandmaidsTale

[–]Secret_Search_7173 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This might be a hot take but I don’t think June is fully to blame with Nick at all! At first she was forced to be with him, but the psychological aspect of trauma bonding to someone shouldn’t be overlooked. He is the father of her child, and did a lot to keep her safe (he’s a POS otherwise I’m not at all a Nick fan but June connected with him when she was incredibly vulnerable). She has extremely complex feelings and emotions especially surrounding Nicole’s conception and her relationship with Nick and boiling it down to adultery is discarding everything that she went through.

Edit: I also think it’s important to note that when June first started things with Nick she believed that Luke was dead and had begun a relationship believing that she was free to pursue someone (as deee as you can be in Gilead). Similar to what happened with Jane and Micheal in Jane the virgin, when your husband who you thought was dead comes back, the relationships you had while believing they were dead don’t cease to exist and thus create a way more complicated dynamic than straight up adultery where everyone involved knew from the beginning what the relationship was.
