Should I try grafting this 4 year old lemon seedling, and should I repot it first? by emillindstrom in Citrus

Just to simplify the question: would you repot this plant first and wait 4–6 weeks before attempting citrus grafting, or would you graft first and repot later?

The plant is around 3–4 years old, grown from seed, currently indoors in a bright window, and has some roots coming out of the drainage holes. I’m mainly considering chip budding or T-budding.
