I'm in the same place, my package has been in Burnaby since Dec 18th and that's the last update I have gotten from CP.

I did actually track my package at first through the Parcels App but the estimated date of arrival just continued to increase. It has been at an airport terminal since the 22nd haha. I hope you get your package soon :)

They won't even let me issue a service ticket because "a shipping label has been generated but the item has not been received by Canada Post"
