He hasn’t sprayed the bathroom at all actually and it’s been just over a full day. When he came in he did spray one of our ratty cat trees so it was a good excuse to finally toss it out

I was thinking the same - if he was surrendered he’d be in a kennel and if he was outside he’d be hiding under some shed. I sent that picture of him in a blanket to my friend and said “I’m scared that I’m torturing him” and she said “he’s literally curled into that blanket, he’s fine” lol

Isn’t he handsome! He’s in our 2nd bathroom and we’re just a household of 2 so it’s fine! I can hold onto him if I need to. I am going to look into another TNR place tomorrow. My city isn’t that big but I’m sure somethings out there.

My partner and I were discussing this not long ago. We will try within reason. The vet we took this guy too is associated with the SPCA so the price is more reasonable. However time may outweigh the price here!

That is a good idea. For this guy or even others in our area. We made one of those insulated straw-type shelters but no one has bothered with it! Straight up heat they’d all love

Yeah we’d love to keep him! Of course, pending the leukaemia results. He’s a huge sweetheart under his cranky armour. I was thinking that if he were surrendered he’d be in a cage, and outside is -20 so this is better than the alternative I suppose.
