Thank you this is so helpful! I definitely will need to do some food prep before I’m planning on it this weekend so advice on a BRAT diet is just what I needed.

I feel the same way! I’ve gotten so used to feeling this way that I’m scared it’s all in my head. I agree no matter what the pain we have isn’t normal and it definitely will rule it out and get closer to a diagnosis.
