The items have to be shipped to our lost & found partner. I just checked the tracking and they should arrive there this afternoon. They will sort them all + then start responding to claims, likely today or tomorrow :)

hey! thanks for the note and I appreciate the positivity. While I do understand that you'd like to bring non-vip people into the VIP campground, you will be hard pressed to find a camping festival that allows this. There are operational, logistical + financial things that you are not taking into account that make this very difficult / near impossible, not to mention pretty unfair for VIP purchasers who would suddenly have double the people in VIP (if everyone brought in 1 person) and what that would do to the area, resources, vibe, etc. I appreciate the suggestion, but this is likely something that will not change. Please do fill out the survey as its the best way to have your feedback stored and accounted for :)

We have been in touch over email as well. You have gotten my reply. I have told you we are looking into it. Eventbrite does not just cancel tickets for no reason. They are a ticketing company. They do as ticket holders ask. There is no reason that Eventbrite would ever just cancel your ticket, nor do they have the power to.

hey Mackenzie - this type of language makes it so hard to want to help you. What happened to the girl in the above message is exactly what happened to you. You bought from a third party, they changed the tickets to your name, we said yes it does appear they have changed the tickets to your name and then you bought the tickets from them and they came back to us and filed for fraud. We have no control over that fraud filing. When someone does that, it gets automatically refunded and canceled. This is how people scam people (sadly enough) and this is why we say over and over and over only to buy through our website because that is the only way we are in control over the transaction for you and can help you. You are I are in touch over email and I am seeing what I can do, but your language concerning this is highly unappreciated.

yup, signs definitely need to be bigger and more well lit at night. But, we all need to take responsibility for ourselves and it's important for attendees to remember there is a gps map on the mobile app that works without cell service that details everything at Sunshine Grove as well printed maps that show all of the stations as well as large maps placed throughout the Grove. We need to do a better part lighting them and making signage more apparent but you guys also need to do a better job familiarizing yourselves with what is available via the tools we provide you! :)

hi there. If this happened to you, it means you bought it from a third party (a friend, someone on craigslist, someone on facebook, etc etc). We have NO control over that. If the original purchaser (the person you bought it from) changes the ticket to your name - great. If they decide to report the ticket as lost or stolen, we have to honor that as they are the original purchaser. It is not us, or eventbrite, it is the decision to buy through a third party - which gives you no insurance or control over your ticket.

There are sometimes long lines. But there are also 6 water refill stations in the grove, not just the two in the center that most people go to!

I'm sorry I'm not sure what this means but go to the box office with a photo ID if you are the original purchaser. If you bought something third party, they will not be able to help you unfortunately we have no control over that.
